Golden Hour Healing is a 1:1, in-home postpartum care session focused on physical recovery, nervous system support, and emotional integration after birth. Each session weaves together herbal therapies, hands-on bodywork, and intentional rituals to help your body heal and your system settle.

Golden Hour Healing Packages

All sessions are $45/hour. These packages are designed to provide consistent, nurturing support as you heal physically, emotionally, and energetically in the weeks after birth. Each visit is 4–6 hours, giving time for deep rest, restoration, and integration.

Bloom — 12 Hours ($540) | Visits: 2–3 sessions
A gentle introduction to postpartum care. Perfect for addressing immediate recovery needs, grounding your body, and creating space to reflect and rest.

Radiance — 24 Hours ($1,080) | Visits: 4–6 sessions
Ideal for steady support in the first weeks. Builds on previous visits to help your body heal, restore energy, and nurture emotional well-being.

Illuminate — 36 Hours ($1,620) | Visits: 6–9 sessions
For those wanting consistent care throughout the early months. Ongoing support helps integrate recovery, soothe tension, and hold space for your postpartum journey.

Golden Glow — 48 Hours ($2,160) | Visits: 8–12 sessions
The ultimate postpartum support. Deeply restorative care for body, mind, and spirit, tailored to your unique needs and schedule.

*Mileage Fee: For families located over 30 miles from Northfield, a mileage fee may be added to help cover travel time.

*All package hours must be used within the first 3 months postpartum to ensure you get the most support when it matters most.

A Golden Day is a deeply restorative, in-home session designed to honor your journey and thank your body. This 3-hour experience is tailored to your unique needs and combines ritual, restoration, reflection, and postpartum planning curated to your birth, your body, and your goals for healing.

During your Golden Day, you may experience:

  • Tailored herbal support chosen for your body and needs

  • Herbal tea and birth story sharing to honor your journey

  • Herbal sitz bath or foot soak for soothing relief

  • Gentle shoulder, neck, or foot massage to release tension

  • Guided reflection, meditation, and journaling

  • Postpartum planning curated to your birth, needs, and goals

  • Nourishing homemade soup and bread

  • Rituals designed to celebrate and reclaim your postpartum body and story
