Offer lactation support and guidance for infant feeding.
Ongoing Support
Continued text and phone support until you're comfortably settled at home.
A follow-up in-home postpartum visit (3–10 days after birth) to check in, revisit your birth experience, and provide practical postpartum support.

Ways families often support their doula investment:
