I created this circle because after five years of being a doula, I’ve witnessed something over and over again: so many people prepare for birth by focusing on everything but themselves. What to pack in the hospital bag, how to time contractions, which pump to order — and yes, those things have their place. But when labor actually begins, it’s not the perfectly packed bag that gets you through… it’s your breath, your mindset, your ability to surrender and trust what your body already knows.

This is what I want to explore with you.

Unlock Your Intuition is a 3-week circle for pregnant folks who want more than just the basics. This is for the ones craving something deeper — a space to connect with your body, explore what safety and power feel like in your body, and walk into birth feeling calm, confident, and rooted in your intuition.

Each week, we’ll gather in a cozy, supportive space and dive into the layers of preparation that truly matter — the kind that stays with you long after your birth story has been written.

We’ll explore:

Unlock Your Intuition is a holistic 3-week pregnancy circle designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit while preparing you for birth in a way that feels meaningful and empowering.

  • This circle is for ANYONE who wants to approach pregnancy and birth with greater trust, confidence, and connection. Whether you're a first-time parent or adding to your family, this space is for you if you’re craving more than just standard birth education—you want to explore birth as a deeply intuitive, embodied experience

  • This four-week series is ideal for anyone in their second or third trimester who wants to feel more connected, prepared, and empowered for birth. Joining between 22–38 weeks allows time to absorb and integrate the practices, mindset shifts, and community support offered throughout the circle.

  • This circle isn’t a replacement for comprehensive childbirth education, but rather a powerful complement to it. While traditional classes tend to focus on the logistics — stages of labor, timing contractions, medical interventions, pain management options — this circle dives into the internal work that’s just as essential: mindset, intuition, body awareness, emotional prep, and nervous system regulation.

  • The circle is held at Sanctuary Studio, a wellness center in the heart of downtown Northfield, MN.

  • ✨ Week One: Rooted in Trust + Power
    We begin by grounding into the body and exploring what it means to trust yourself in pregnancy and birth. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and journaling, we’ll unpack societal stories, fears, and internalized beliefs—reclaiming your narrative with clarity and intention. This week also invites you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and begin practicing intuitive decision-making for birth.

    ✨ Week Two: Advocacy, Alignment + Flow
    This week focuses on strengthening self-advocacy, boundaries, and rhythm. We’ll explore decision-making, cultivating confidence, and staying aligned with your body’s messages. You’ll also begin to learn how to move with labor—physiologically and emotionally—to stay in flow.

    In our final week, we turn our attention to the postpartum portal—exploring what it means to be supported and nourished after birth. We’ll map your postpartum care, reflect on identity shifts, and close with a grounding ritual to honor the transition into new parenthood with softness and strength.
